FWM Holdings, Parent of Forbes Family Trust, Completes Acquisition of Optima Fund Management
NEW YORK & PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FWM Holdings, the parent company of Forbes Family Trust (“FFT”) and LGL Partners, multi-family offices focused on ultra-high-net worth families, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Optima Fund Management (“Optima”).
The acquisition, which was previously announced on April 25, expands FFT’s relationships with top managers and increases its access to the most promising funds, while offering its comprehensive suite of products and services to Optima’s clients. Under the structure, Optima remains an independent, wholly-owned entity of FWM Holdings and is run by Optima Chief Executive Officer and FFT Vice Chairman, D. Dixon Boardman.
Financial and legal terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.
